What we do
We work as an extension of the recruitment departments of US IT organizations. We provide recruiters from our offshore center in India who are equipped with US phones, logins to job boards such as Monster, Dice etc; all for a monthly retainer fee. Our sweet spot are the SME segments, tech startups and IT staffing companies who need more recruitment bandwidth from time to time. We also support very small staffing companies which might consist of only the Founder!
Retainer Engagement model
123RPO works on a retainer model. We have a fixed fee for a recruiter per month, hence the minimum duration for which our services can be hired is one month. We do not work on a success fee model. Which means during our engagement we will not charge for any placements which has been done, we only have a flat monthly retainer fee.

In 2009 Mint Business solutions based in Reston, Virginia and Cochin, India began assisting North American clients source, screen, recruit, onboard and outplace technical staff.
Over time as our client list grew, the depth of our HR consultancy with our clients increased. With this increased depth came a fuller understanding of the challenges faced by clients searching for the best technical talent in the US. Our systems grew, our network grew, and our knowledge base grew.
